Talty's is a South Buffalo institution. Great place for multigenerational groups and families. Dennis is an authentic pub host/owner always making everyone feel at home and welcome. Junior does a great job of keeping your glass full even when the pub is crazy busy. Great local music and musicians. And Monday night open mic is a real treat. Wonderful Irish pub for any day of the year.

Stopped in here for a quick drink(s) on an early Saturday afternoon with my family. I haven't been in here for years and felt like "diving it up" for a bit. The place has not changed. It is a great divey South Buffalo Bar. It is what it is. We got a few rounds of 4 Miller Lite bottles. $10.00. Ice cold! I wish I remembered the name of the bartender but I do not. She was friendly and helpful. Dennis, the owner, stopped in. My dad graduated with him at Timon and they had a great time talking and reminiscing. If you are looking for a good hang-out bar, I would give this place a shot, then have one of your own!
